This privacy notice explains how Systemic Studios handles information you send through this site and bookings. The legal entity behind Systemic Studios is Ashira Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 66 164 163 188, based in Ocean Reef, Western Australia.

Mobile apps we publish are covered in the apps privacy policy.

If you book a 30-minute call, we get the name, email, and whatever you type into Calendly. Calendly is a third party. Their terms cover that booking. We use what you send to run the call and to follow up about the work. We don’t sell it. We don’t run a newsletter off this site.

The contact form emails your message to support@systemicstudios.com so we can reply. We don’t sell that either.

The site itself may log the usual technical stuff (browser, pages, a rough location) so the pages load and we can see if something’s broken. We don’t use that to build a profile of you.

If you want what we have on you changed or deleted, email support@systemicstudios.com or write to Systemic Studios, Ocean Reef WA. We’ll deal with it as the Australian Privacy Principles require.
