How to Write NFC Tags in Bulk
Three ways to fill a batch
- Identical: the same link on each tag, such as one review link.
- Numbered: a base link plus a number on each tag (choose the first number), handy for tables, rooms or assets.
- Pasted list: paste one link per line, or label,link per line, to give each tag its own link.
When you need bulk writing
- Review stickers for several counters or branches.
- Menu tags for a full dining room.
- Signage, product displays or event badges that all open the same page.
What you need
- NFC Ninja with Pro on your phone.
- Blank tags of the same type. Mixing types can mean some tags need a one-time setup first.
- The content: a link, or a list of links (one per line, or label,link).
Write a batch in six steps
- Get your link ready. Have the link (or your list of links) ready to paste.
- Open the Batch Writer. It is part of NFC Ninja Pro. Choose identical, numbered, or a pasted list, and how many tags (1 to 48 per batch).
- Check the preview. Make sure the link fits on your tag size.
- Hold the first tag to your phone. NFC Ninja writes it, then reads it back.
- Move to the next tag. Each write is verified one at a time, so a bad tag is caught on the spot instead of after you install it.
- Set aside any tag that fails. Try it again or replace it.

Tips for big runs
- Keep finished and unwritten tags in separate piles.
- Peel stickers only after writing, so the backing keeps them flat.
- Write on a wooden or plastic table. Metal under the tag can block NFC.
- The Batch Writer never locks tags. To protect tags going into public places, use Pro's tag security tools afterwards (needs NTAG21x tags).
